Berlin-Patrol is an initiative of the USMVC e.V. in Berlin.
The USMVC is a club of Berlin citizens, who take interest in collecting military items and cars which were in use in the former American Sector of West Berlin. For two decades members of the club have installed a great variety of collectibles which are on display on various exhibitions and for rent i.e. for film productions. www.usmvc.de.
The goal of the Berlin-Patrol is to bring back vehicles on the road of the time, when Berlin was a divided city. Since a large number of Berlin citizens and also numerous tourists have shown great interest in historical vehicles the club has launched a private program to restore Jeeps and Trucks that were in use in Berlin since 1945.
Since German regulations make it impossible to offer rides in these vehicles
Berlin-Patrol concentrates on driving historical vehicles and displaying
historical matching uniforms in todays Berlin.
For special occasions like company events or formal ceremonies vehicles
including drivers can be rented to make a stay or event in Berlin a special
event for all who participate.
If you wish to support the USMVD or the Berlin-Patrol feel free to contact
the Club. Since the USMVC e.V. is a “gemeinnützige Verein” all donations are
tax deductible.
